It is recommended that at the time of booking, a reservation be made for golf cart rental. Your private, welcoming
villa staff is comprised of a superb team of cook, butler, housekeeper, laundress and gardener.

Deposit Policy:
All reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of 25% deposit.
During the Summer Season, the balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
During the Winter Season and Christmas Season, the balance is payable 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
We recommend that our guests take out insurance against the possibility of cancellations. The fees are as follows:
Summer: Cancellations over 30 days prior to arrival are 100% refundable. Cancellations between 7
and 30 days prior to arrival will result in a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival are
non-refundable.
Winter: Cancellations over 60 days prior to arrival are 100% refundable. Cancellations between 30
and 60 days prior to arrival will result in a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.
Christmas and New Years: Cancellations are required prior to October 1st for full refund.
Last Minute Bookings:
Payment for bookings made less than 14 days prior to arrival must be paid in full by credit card.
